Someone asked about Botox 0:00 ago.

Has anyone called them back? We'd have called at 0:05. Of the 19 med spas we tested, 8 still hadn't replied a day later.

Pay by card, then fill in a short setup form. No sales call.

The fine print, up front.

Is it legal for an AI to call my leads?

Only with consent. US law treats an AI voice like a prerecorded call, so the lead has to agree to calls and texts that use an AI voice before we call. We give you the checkbox wording for your forms, and the assistant says it's an AI in its first line. Anyone who asks to stop is never called again.

Will it give medical advice?

No. Questions about pregnancy, medications, allergies or past reactions are noted for your nurse injector and saved for the consult.

What if they don't pick up?

It leaves a short voicemail in your spa's name, and your front desk still gets the alert so a person can follow up.

Does it book straight into my calendar?

Not yet. It offers consult times you choose, and your front desk confirms. Booking-system integrations are on the way.

What patient information does it collect?

Only what a front desk needs to follow up: first name, phone, treatment interest, timing and the call summary. It never asks for medical history, date of birth or payment details.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No. Pay by card, then fill in a short setup form with your services, prices and where alerts should go. Questions go to jake@telepaxa.com.
